Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.

International Shipping & Customs

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has been shipped may not be possible.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package:
- The package may be returned to us
- You will be responsible for any return shipping costs
- Reshipment will require payment of new shipping fees

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue
- Replacement or refund will be provided once the claim is processed
